Understanding Workspaces
Workspaces are the top-level containers in ReleaseLoop. Each workspace has its own releases, artists, contacts, and team members.
When to Use Multiple Workspaces
- Separate labels – If you run multiple labels or imprints
- Client work – If you manage releases for different clients who shouldn’t see each other’s data
- Personal vs. Professional – Keep your artist project separate from label management
Creating a New Workspace
- Click your profile in the sidebar
- Click Create Workspace
- Enter a workspace name
- You’ll be the owner of the new workspace
Switching Workspaces
Click the workspace selector in the sidebar and select another workspace from the dropdown.
Workspace Ownership
Each workspace has one owner who can: Manage billing and subscription, Invite and remove team members, Connect integrations, Access all workspace settings.
Billing per Workspace
Subscriptions are billed per workspace.
